Unity of Faith Federation

Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry is part of the Unity of Faith Federation. The Federation is a nation wide organization of churches headed by Apostle Cornelius Perry and Pastor Patricia Shackelford with its headquarters located in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The Unity of Faith Federation is founded upon the scripture in Ephesians 4:13, "Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ."

The History of Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry

It was a cold February day in 1994, and Apostle Cornelius Perry and Pastor Patricia Shackelford journeyed from Franklinton, N.C. to Atlanta, Georgia to start Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry. Betty Davis, a former resident of North Carolina and member of New Jerusalem, moved to Atlanta. She was the contact person for the new church to be started in Atlanta. As she single-handedly contacted individuals and made preparation for this first Bible study meeting on Tuesday evening, God was working behind the scenes calling his people forth.At the second meeting of Deeper Dimension on Tuesday, February 16, 1994, Lycurgus L. Muldrow was driving home from work, and the Spirit of God told him to pull off at the next exit and go to the Ramada Inn. Without knowing why he was going into the Ramada Inn, he ended up in the Bible study with Apostle Perry and Pastor Shackelford, and that night he became committed to the ministry.The ministry started growing as Apostle Perry taught with passion great revelation messages. Pastor Shackelford with her mild and gentle manner brought prophetic depth to the Bible studies as she interpreted dreams and spoke great words of wisdom into the lives of the new members. Credit must be given to the servants of God as Apostle Perry and Pastor Shackelford traveled from North Carolina to Atlanta every week and for the first year they did not even take up a collection. Their love and dedication won the hearts of the new members.During the first few years of Deeper Dimension, Lycurgus and Barbara Muldrow, along with a dozen or so members, traveled to North Carolina every fourth weekend to learn, study and fellowship at New Jerusalem, the home church of the Unity of Faith Federation. During this time Dr. Lycurgus L. Muldrow was ordained by the Unity of Faith Federation to be senior pastor of Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry and Dr. Barbara Muldrow was ordained as co-pastor. Also during these early years Deeper Dimension started its active senior ministry lead by the vision of Minister Betty Davis. Over the years Deeper Dimension has held worship services in a hotel, restaurant, storefront and office complex. Around 2003, at one of the Unity of Faith Federation meetings, a prophet of God, prophesized that Deeper Dimension would find a home on Riverdale Road. In 2006, God miraculously blessed the congregating with a building located on Riverdale Road.When we look back at the history and mystery of how God established Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry through the love and service of Pastor Shackelford and Apostle Perry, and the hard work of the original dedicated members, all we can say is “To God Be the Glory.”

Auxiliary Ministries

The Auxiliary Ministries at Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry function to serve God and God’s people. The root meaning of the word ministry means to serve, and when one serves through ministry they follow the example of Jesus Christ. It is written “For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto (i.e. served), but to minister (serve)…” (Mark 10:45). The Auxiliary Ministries at Deeper Dimension Teaching Ministry consists of people who are dedicated servants in the body of Christ. These members demonstrate their love for God by generously giving of their time, energy and substance. The Auxiliary Ministries are as follows.
